2. Pride runneth before a fall... don't get cocky people, KEEP WORKING HARD.

I've been working on election integrity issues for the last four years... believe me there are PLENTY of ways Obama could win this election but still not get to be President.

The best way to prevent that is LANDSLIDE. Massive, massive landslide.

Make sure it happens!

11. Diebold stealing with voting machines = ELECTION FRAUD. "Voter Fraud" means something else.
Edited on Sun Oct-05-08 10:44 AM by demodonkey

Diebold, ES&S, or other voting machine company stealing votes is ELECTION FRAUD.

Republicans love to claim "voter fraud" (i.e. fraud by voters themselves like dead people voting, people voting twice, non-citizens voting, etc) and use that to challenge legitimate legal voters' right to vote. And THAT is one of the things that cost the votes in Ohio that would have put Kerry over the top in 2004.

So in that respect, yes "voter fraud" COULD cost Obama the election, if Republicans can claim it enough times and keep enough people from getting to vote again this year.

See this: http://www.uncountedthemovie.com
Or this: http://www.freeforall.tv

Support Obama, but please also support your state and local election integrity organization working to fight this -- now and AFTER THE ELECTION (no matter who wins, this problems is not going to go away.)

9. People could not bother to vote. That's actually a real threat.
Optimism is great if it translates to enthusiasm. It's bad if it translates to complacency.

12. I don't believe Stalin ever actually said that.
Why would he? He was not elected by the people.
