Normally I dismiss comparisons to Nazi's as over-the-top... |

But seriously, as I peruse right-boards and listen to the populist rhetoric... and the the release of this "Obsession" video about Islamist terror.
I really have to wonder if we're on the cusp of where Germany was. I guess my one hope is that there are no small number of people who would fight this... but you can seriously see the kernel of it trying to take root.

I talked to a woman who grew up in Nazi Germany. She told me too many things that were similar.

Though the tide does seem to be changing. Economic crisis in Germany got so bad that they turned to authoritarians. The US does not seem to be doing that.
