Fellow Dems, we made the right choice in Obama.
Chuck Todd this morning on MTP showed us how Obama's got the blue states and quite possibly all of the swing states in his column. McLame is defending red states now! No offense to Hillary supporters, but could she be in this position right now? So many people had their opinion set about her from the beginning that it would be harder for her to represent the change people are seeking this time around.

In addition, Obama's got a good ground game going everywhere, and that is his home advantage. Of course, as Todd pointed out, that is partly owing to Hillary's challenge during the primaries, pumping up interest in the race and getting people involved. People have had time to get to know him (many debates, a great convention speech and now the general election debates) and to trust him. He's been steady, not erratic like the old man has been.

I think McLame needs to start working on his concession speech.

Let's wait until we get 270+ EVs to demand a McCain concession speech.

3. Let's not get complacent here.
The election is definitely not over. The next month will be tough.

That being said, I agree that Obama has been great at handling the Republicans and taking on McCain. I think he has what it takes to stop the Republicans in this last month.

4. absolutely; goes without saying.
Obama has to keep up the current pace, not trip over any potholes or fall into any traps, and keep taking it to them. And he will. ;)
