When is that football game that supposedly predicts the winner of the election? I think
it is the Redskins? I don't know a thing about sports. I just know that last election was the first time it was wrong in many years.

2. Dont know exactly but
it's the last Redskins home game before the election.

Skins win, incumbents win.

Skins lose, incumbents lose.

10. Right. They were talking about it the other day and said the only recent
year where it did not work out that way was with Kerry.

4. It's the Redskins game played just prior to the election...
...if the Redskins win - the party in power wins - if the Redskins lose - the party in power loses.

5. it's the skins' last home game before the election
whenever that is.

If the lose, the incumbant party loses.

Which didn't hold true in 2004

6. It's the Redskins last home game before the election. If they win, historically the party in the WH
wins as well. Supposedly, it's only not happened once in 48 years or so. I love my Redskins but they play the Steelers the night before the election. Guess who's rooting for Pittsburgh!

8. Last Redskins home game of the season, or something like that...
Only time it's been "wrong" I think was 2004...and it was really RIGHT: Kerry won the election, Chimpy stole it.

14. Well then, what does it mean if the cable company is in a dispute
with the local station, so instead of showing the Bills game, it shows an old Bills game with the radio broadcast of the play-by-play from the current Bills game? My Dad told me he thinks[/i[ that's what's on the TV!
