First, they stole public opinion.
Then, they stole public funds for a "war" that is illegal under the War Powers Act.

The FDIC threatens to steal and distribute wealth from a private organization.
Um?...Hello?
As late as Friday, the Chairwoman of the FDIC didn't even want to look at the deal that would have preserved a significant Pension/401(k) funds throughout the nation.
