Limbaugh opens his show today hoping McCain keeps pushing Ayers.
And I agree with him. Hate radio is running the McCain campaign and I fervently hope that he listens to them on this and spends a lot of time tonight rambling about Ayers. He already ceded the issue of the economy to Obama in the first debate, then said recently that he wanted to "turn the page" on the economy. Bringing up Ayers tonight (and he's signaled over the last few days that he will do it) will just about finish this off barring any extreme circumstances that may arise between now and election day.

1. Oh please do.
It cedes the economy to Obama--and that happens to be the foremost issue on voters' minds right now.

2. You know it! The issue of Ayers has already been vetted.
So please, Senator McCain, please bring it up tonight! :)

3. And meanwhile, in the real world
Ed Schultz just called a guy an ididot. That exact word. Ed asked the guy if he believed that a U.S. Senator would actually hang around a terrorist. The caller said "yes" and Ed said, "Then you're a friggin' idiot". And he then said, "It's just that simple folks". And it is. Obama may not take the gloves off, but Ed will and so will I.
