Zell Miller WAS the repug plan -- use his hate --- then dis-own him |
|
It had to have been a Rove plan.'
It was a frigging keynote speech ..they knew exactly how much he would lie and how much the repugs would love it.
The media knows this to... it's a crime that the american people are not informed.

No reason to let the Republicans off the hook on this one. Zell's their boy.

3. Exactly! While it had to be Rove's original plan, |
|
to let Zell cater to the wingers--then disown him, the strategy might have blown up in his face. If we can continually point out the truth, namely, that Zell is the face of the repug party, we have scored.

5. In two of the other Zell threads |
|
I put up what the National Review Online had to say about Zell's speech when it happened...and they sure as shit weren't disowning him in any way--they were crowing about how many converts he had won over.
One of their addled fuckwits actually said about that ugly rant: "He's got his head and his heart wired together for some full tilt boogie for freedom and justice. "

BLITZER: But speaking of tones, Zell Miller last night raised all the most serious questions about the credibility of John Kerry to ever serve as commander in chief.
GREENFIELD: He questioned the motives.
BLITZER: And he was -- he was your keynote speaker.
HUGHES: And the best thing I can offer in his defense is that Senator Miller is accustomed to Democratic conventions. He is, after all, a Democrat. The most passionate speaker here at our Republican convention was...
BLITZER: But do you -- do you agree with what he was saying last night?
HUGHES: The most passionate speaker here at our Republican convention is a loyal, proud Democrat, who -- who has served. Let me -- who has served.

12. I say Rover 'cause bush can't take a step without.... |
|
rove's approval. Zelly was placed there to take the place of Cheney's attack dog tactics. cheney's approval ratings are in the 44s, naturally Rove was not going to send cheney out there to be the attack dog.
Cheney is seen as an old man still fighting the cold war, a heartless man, war profiteer with a scorn and a snear, and a man who looks odd showing affecting to his wife in public. Nice that they trotted out his grand children to make him look human...at the same time hiding his lesbian daughter and partner. They are the most shameful people in the world and they still preach family values to the masses. Fok You cheney and stupid family!
