Obama has no "Latino problem," does he?
I ask because right now on PBS, they're running a story basically about why Latinos are going to turn out in DROVES for McCain like they did in Arizona. And somehow I don't buy it...

10. The Latinos in Nevada seem to be breaking Obama
And I talk to an awful lot of Latinos here (beside the link upthread which lends credence to this post).

Not all of them are Obama fans, of course, but the general zeitgeist I'm getting is that it's one old white guy (who likes George Bush & is Republican and is therefore probably a racist) and the less-than-white son of an immigrant who worked hard and made it in mainstream American society.

There's really no contest between those two choices for the Latino voters here, a large portion of which are first or second generation immigrants and tend to be younger.

11. i haven't seen a recent poll here in CA recently but i did see one awhile back
that gave Obama a huge lead over McCain for Latinos and Asians.
