Put some teeth into the laws. If the Rove-like bastards had to face life for caging, hacking, etc. They would think twice. I think it is warranted.

extent that any court would hear it, good luck getting a conviction for any particular individual's role in it. I mean, for God's sakes, they're so good at covering tracks that out of the entire Plame investigation, there was only enough evidence to convict Scooter Libby for obstruction of justice.
