Purging voters is going ahead full steam
Edited on Thu Oct-09-08 12:50 PM by OwnedByFerrets
"States have been trying to follow the Help America Vote Act of 2002 and remove the names of voters who should no longer be listed; but for every voter added to the rolls in the past two months in some states, election officials have removed two, a review of the records shows."

7. True dat. They've been doing since the 1950s.
The late Chief Justice, William Rehnquist, made his GOP bones by intimidating blacks who were trying to vote.

6. HAVA is a POS law
..which, like Scripture, can be cited by the Devil for his purposes.

Loopholes galore. Typical of a Bob Ney product: one wonders if the law is so vague because he didn't know shit about the technology that he required, or because the Reeps wanted even less accountability than we had before?
