I think ol' Zell will might have upped his accomplishment from being the first "Democrat" to make the list, to being the first "Democrat" to make #1, and the first "Democrat" to make the list more than once, with two slots, one for his asinine speech and one for his post-speech meltdown.

And hopefully Guilani's at least in the top 5.

By his own admission Mike seems to be the only other appointed elected official next to the President.

"After he appointed me to the energy commission in 1998, I became the highest ranking African-American elected official in Texas state government."

And then, careening into the sar-chasm like a flaming school bus, Williams also managed to reveal yet another miserable failure in the future President's professional career:

"I have to admit, he's proved himself a far better President than campaign manager. We got stomped!"

A far better President than a campaign manager. Hoo-boy. That, my friends, speaks volumes.
