Why is Maddow going to push the Bradley Effect meme?
Unless the person she has on states how it doesn't really exist and studies show this--I'm gonna be pissed.

I'm sick of this Bradley Effect set-up so the GOP can steal the election and go, "Too many people hate blacks! Woops! Suck to be Obama!"

1. It's the "Talk Me Down" segment. She's also talking about the reverse
Bradley Effect.

4. I'm watching it right now.
The lady is saying there is a Bradley Effect still--and pretty much no proof of a reverse Bradley Effect. That about summed it up.

7. No, she implied that *both* exist , except she didn't want to use the term "Reverse Bradley Effect"
to describe the fact that Obama actually performed better than expected in the Primary among white Southern voters.

She also used the example that Obama is the senator from Hyde Park, IL to support the point that the Bradley Effect, while it may exist, hasn't impaired Obama thus far in his career.

6. Maddow said the women DIDN'T talk her down.
I don't need to be talked down. I don't buy that there is some Bradley Effect. I do buy the GOP trying to steal the election via a Bradley Effect though (which wasn't discussed)

12. Wait...
The woman that was discussing this did say that it looked like the McCain Campaign is trying to create the Bradley effect by trying to paint Obama as an outsider but was feeling pretty sure that Obama has consistantly avoided it during his runs.

8. I called her on that too.... I was right she was wrong
I love Rachel but sometimes she gets it wrong.

She's wrong on this one too. Biden added a dimension she is ignoring

5. The repukes are going to try to use the "Bradley Effect" to justify the results when

they try to steal the election...

You can hope for the best, but must be ready for the worst. If we know the weapons they will use, we can defend against them.

13. I don't think there are A LOT of people lying to the pollsters because
they're ashamed to admit their racists, but I'm sure there are SOME! To ignore the issue and pretend it doesn't exist ifoolish & won't make it disappear!

You'd be surprised at the number of Obama supporters I've spoken to who never heard of "The Bradley Effect" but they have been afraid of some racists refusing to vote for BArack because he's black. They HATE the thought, as do I, and we're all old white people! I explained what it was to them because I believe everything should be out in the open and everyone should know what's going on.

14. why do both maddow and olbermann show so much mcpalin
I don't understand. I don't want to see these two hate mongering unAmerican jerks. Is this what draws their audience, showing so much of these two and showing their negative commercials all the time? Other than faux news and these two hate mongers, is anyone else talking about ayers? I really don't understand. Showing their ridiculous moments, yes, ok, but I feel like I get mcpalin overload at times.

Rachel looks tired, jetlag I guess

15. RE:why do both maddow and olbermann show so much mcpalin
She does talk about McPalin every day, but its all about how the McPalin machine is lying to the public.
If the Republicans win this one it will be the biggest snow job in history.
