There are some issues that don’t make sense regarding the claims against Wooten. Everyone needs to read the transcripts of the police reports and the e-mail from Palin. I am listing key statements from the e-mail, but I assure you they are not taken out of context. Please everyone read the documents for yourselves. They shed a great deal of light on who the real Sarah Palin is.

The premise here that I am focusing on in this entry is the claim that Wooten threatened Palins Father. The important thing to not that this report is based on hearsay and a story of Palin’s that is difficult for anyone to believe. She explains death threats and then doesn’t consider them serious enough to a) call the police b) call her dad the person threatened. Further, in the midst of the alleged rage, Sarah Palin had a meeting to get to so she left. The meeting was more important than the fear for her sister’s and father’s life.


Excerpts from Transcript of Police report Interview Sergeant Ron Wall and Sarah Palin 5/2/2005

SP: “And she then evidently put the speaker phone on so I could listen. I could hear Mike come whamming through the door umm, dcreaming F’n this, F’n that. Ah telling Molly, “If your dad helps you through this divorce, if he gets an attorney he’s gonna eat an F’n lead bullet. I’m, gonna shoot him”
Palin then drove over to Molly and Mike’s house and watched from outside for 15 minutes where mike was so obviously in a rage.

“Umm, I could see this clearly through the window and I thought “He is gonna blow it. He, he there’s no other step for him to take next except physical violence………The neighbor and I watched through the window. And then the neighbor and I had to head on into Chugiak, I had ah a meeting that I couldn’t miss”

RW: “Why didn’t you guys call the police?”

SP: “We knew that Mike’s job was probably on the line.”

RW: So you just felt that as long as it wasn’t physical?”

SP: Yeah. Yup that was gonna be the line. Had that been crossed definitely on my cell phone I would have called 9-1-1……..

Email August 10, 2005 Sarah Palin to Julia Grimes

“Wooten is my brother-in-law, but this information is being forwarded to you objectively,and I trust it is received and considered by you objectively”

“Wooten’s physical abuse of his wife is documented in their pending divorce case. He pushed her down on more than one occassion…..” “Molly has been very reluctant to bring the physical abuse to light because of Wooten’s temper causes her to believe he’ll be even more physically violent…”

….Wooten threatened to kill his wife/s father, Chuck Heath, if Mr. Heath followed through with his offer to help Molly by getting an attorney to help her if they were to divorce. Wooten’s words were “I will kill him. He’ll east a fucking lead bullet, I’ll shoot him” I heard this death threat, my 16-year-old son heard it, Molly heard it, as did their small childen. Wooten spoke this with his Trooper gun on his hip in an extremely intimidating fashion, leaving no doubt he is serious about taking someone’s life who disagrees with him.

“ If (Chuck Heath) gets you an attorney I’m gonna kill him.” Well he did. We didn’t even let my dad know about this umm ‘til weeks later thinking, “Well maybe Mike won't...."

The reason that Wooten was not fired was because he had already been reprimanded as a result of the reported incidents, but at the end of the day, all they had to go on was conflicting second hand stories of alleged abuse that the accuser obviously did not take seriously. This sounds like a typical case of what happens when you take white trash, arm her with just enough knowledge of the standard for an order of protection, so that she can concoct a story and claim to have witnesses to move forward. The problem is that it is so obviously driven by Sarah Palin's anger, that all stems from Trooper Wooten’s mistake of cheating on Molly Heath, Sarah Palin’s sister. The facts demonstrate hatred for Trooper Wooten and a willingness by Sarah Palin to do and say anything to take him down.

The question is not why didn't Wooten get fired, but rather why didn't Sarah Palin and Molly Heath get charged with presenting false information to a police officer. Ironically, not seeking charges against Sarah Palin was actually a decent basis for firing Monegan. Please read Sarah Palin's words and please comment on the following questions:
