2. I've seen (on DU) everything from 10am Eastern to it won't be released at all --

10. Even if it is released

The sad thing is that it's being released on Friday.....and anything released on a Friday seems to have a short news cycle life. It'll be talked about today, but come Monday it'll be history. If this would've been released earlier in the week, it would've been talked about that entire week.
