NEWARK, Ohio (Reuters) - Democrat John Kerry on Friday dismissed the Republican convention as "bitter and insulting" and promised to be a president who would tell Americans the truth.

1. Kerry! Kerry! Kerry! Kerry!
He will make a great president. He comes across as honest to me. So what if he's a little boring in his speeches sometimes? He's an honest guy and will make an honest president.
