What does McCain do post election?
He will be hated by both sides of the aisle, do you think he will hang it up or stick it out?

7. They can hang out together and reminisce about the "bad ol' days"
I hope they are both totally shunned.

8. Not just that, do you really think he even cares about being a Senator anymore?
If he can't use it as a stepping stone to the Presidency, what good is the position? I guarantee you he no longer cares about such trite things as serving the people of AZ. There's also two additional facts that lead me to believe he'll bail: (i) I really don't think he's doing well healthwise, and (ii) he's raised his negatives so much that Napolitano should be able to take him out quite easily in 2010.

11. So does Janet appoint herself if he quits?
I agree with you assessment, I believe McCain, even without his sickness is a very weak man, an undersized wimp who acts tough but is really a big p*****. Could the irony be that he steps down, thus giving another seat to the dems, thus totally fucking his pal Joe?
