9. Exactly. Their base will be OVERJOYED. Rules are for OTHER
people. Laws are for OTHER people. REAL 'mavericky' types make their OWN rules, a la Talking Caribou Barbie, "I'm not gonna answer your questions, I'm just gonna talk straight to the American people..." BS.
The base will think she's an even BIGGER 'star' than she already is...a 'celebrity' you might say.
