Do you think this report on Palin will give McCain reason to dump her |
|
and choose another running mate? What would be the political consequences for the Democrats if he did??

!. It's too late. Ballots have been printed and people are already voting. 2. Dumping Miss Mooseburger would irrevocably piss off the base. They LOVE her. 3. Who'd want to sign on for this train wreck now?

3. He has reason, but he won't dump her |
|
It's too late in the game and it speaks to his judgment in selecting her in the first place. I suppose they will try to discredit the report, say it isn't valid , that it was politically motivated (even though it was a bipartisan committee) and try to make her a martyr. I doubt any of it will stick - kinda like the analogy he made the other night about nailing Jell-o to the wall. They are about out of hail Marys at this point. What a muck he has made of his campaign.

6. McCain nor the GOP can dump her. |
|
At this point, it's only up to her (I mean Todd) whether to stay or not.

8. Freepartds would go Jonestown if he replaced her. |

They don't like McPain, but are crazy in love with her. I think they would :nuke: if he ditched her.
