yikes clinton went to hospital yesterday |

with pain and shortness of breath and they took test and looked fine and sent him home. today decided to try a different hospital and they say yup, bypass. hm..........gives me confidence in hospitals

from what I read, the initial tests showed no immediate critical problem, but asked him to come back the next day for an angiogram. The angiogram revealed the seriousness of the problem.
A very similar thing happened to me. I suspect the original tests showed no elevated enzymes indicating a heart attack, and the EKG showed a normal heart rhythm.
The symptoms, however, probably indicated that an angiogram was needed. Since you have to schedule the equipment, doctor and techs, they probably arranged it for the next day.
I don't think indicates the first hospital made any mistakes at all.
