Todd spent more than 50% of his time in Sarah's office, using the phone |

at her conference table, heavily involved in her day to day work activities. Other previous spouses did not do this, according to Officer Wheeler.

10. well that would stand to reason since during her mayoral stint |
|
the city administrator was in charge and running things, not her. Wasilla had never had a city administrator before her or since. someone else has always done the work she was elected to do.

19. exactly - think about the criticism of Hillary for trying to fix heath care law when First Lady |
|
the republicans shut that down and mock her that effort to this day. Sarah Palin has done more to diminish the notion that a woman can stand on her own and be a governor or a president than any other one person ever.

8. So he had a do-nothing job for an oil company.... |
|
Would this be one of the same oil companies that Sarah claimed that she "stodd up to" while she was governor? How do you stand up to somebody who writing you checks every two weeks for work that you didn't do?
And is there some legalistic distinction between that and a bribe?
Clearly the Legislative Council in Alaska has more work to do.

Palin's smart but not that astute. She's had help from behind the scenes and there's no doubt that First Dude is calling most of the shots.

which will prove to me that the "Bristol is 5 months pregnant" story WAS just too conveeeeeenient. And that Bristol is Trig's mom.
And if she did get herself knocked up, it's probably because it runs in the family. Sarah was knocked up when she and Toddy Boy ran off and "eloped to save their parents the cost of a wedding" (yet another bogus bullet point in her trumped-up bio)

14. This gives me the creeps. |
|
As a citizen, the thought of him sitting in there with her "helping" her do her job, or doing it for her, or whatever the hell he was doing in there is disturbing. And it's even creepier when I think of how it must be for Sarah with Tawd looking over her shoulder half the time. Ick. (Maybe she's into this type of arrangement, but it's definitely not for me.) :puke:
I hope this tidbit makes it through - as Sarah would say - the media filter to the public. I suspect the thought of Tawd being co-veep will go over like a lead balloon.

20. I question the legality of that |
|
Todd Palin is not an employee of the state, yet he is using state resources, including phone lines.
I would think the Palins should be responsible for reimbursing the state for any personal phone calls Todd Palin made from his wife's office. Or perhaps it should be considered a taxable benefit.
