Palin will backstab McCain
in a New York minute. When their pretense of a campaign comes to an end. That is when the ultra right will get "Sarah Unplugged," and she will whine about how she did not really agree with him on many things, since she is to the right of Mussolini (0r Moose-o-lini). That's when her love affair with the Limbaughs of the world will be allowed to REALLY develop. After all, her candidate in 2000 was not Bush, presumably too liberal, but Holocaust denying hatemonger Pat Buchanon. McCain is going to see long lasting negative effects to his idiotic choice of Palin (as if there are not enough already). She reminds me of Anna Nicole: waiting for the old codger to fade away so she can REALLY reap the rewards of pretending to dig him, and launching a career out of it.

1. She's already done that some by questioning his decision to pull out of Michigan.

That's just the type of the iceberg, or knife blade, as it seems.

I expect to see a "Palin in '12" mantra from the freepers pretty soon.

2. You betcha. She'll have plenty to say after November 4th. They don't
call her a barracuda for nothing. She clearly doesn't care who she steps on.

3. But with her backstabbing maverick ways can
she move her career forward from inside the Republican party? My GUESS is no.

Alaska Republicans attitude are the canary in the coal mine for testing her possible support within the party and the vote to release the damaging investigative report was unanimous.

Her niche will come from the radical fringe of the right and may, in fact, become a springboard to a separation within the Republican party.

5. I would love to see it. Palin splits off to Libertarians or such
she runs for president in 2012 and draws away all the social conservative whack jobs. Dems in another landslide.

I jest a bit. Right now, carry water for Obama and get the Dems ensconsed in power in DC for the first time since 93/94.

4. In a heartbeat, my friends, in a heartbeat. It should be fun to watch.
You have to wonder what's going through John McCain's head at this time.

It must not be pretty. He knows he's going to become the most hated Republican in the history of the party. Maybe Obama can give the old boy a job.

7. I don't think he needs a job
He needs to retire and go full time to his creepy hobby of chasing women...

8. What goes through his head
Really! He chose a spokesmodel, he did not want to be challenged on anything from a "foxy lady."

13. Are you talking about his "big head" or his "little head"
Like many guys he may think with his "little head" before his "big head" can say, "Whoa, think about this a minute."

9. No doubt. But let's win first.
Let the chips fall where they may after that. I'd much rather see her as a backstabbing propagandist than as VP. I do not believe this race is over yet.

about priorities and focus... starting to be lulled into the narrative of President Obama, the race is over, etc... that is the best way to be caught off guard

12. If Palin's puppeteers let McCrazed live long enough.
Your theory presumes that Palin WAS McCrazed's idea--she was obviously foisted upon him in exchange for Rethug support. And of course they'd pick someone unqualified and inexperienced--that makes her easier to control.
