McCain regarding the economy/campaign: "in the last few days we’ve seen it come back up"
Edited on Mon Oct-13-08 11:09 AM by sabra
edit:

changed title to "economy/campaign"...

http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2008/10/13/mccain-gives-supporters-a-pep-talk/

<snip>

“I’d like to give you a little straight talk, we’re a couple points down, OK, nationally, but we’re right in this game,” McCain said. “The economy has hurt us a little bit in the last week or two, but in the last few days we’ve seen it come back up because they want experience, and they want knowledge and they want vision and we’ll give that to America and I know that we’re going to win this race.”

6. We've seen it come back up??
Tell that to my 401k. Crashing for two or more weeks, followed by a day or two increase is not a positive trend, you tone deaf, ignorant, manipulative, nasty old man!

9. Well, when your campaign and your party are focused on the rich folk...
...the stock market IS the only economy you know about.
