No-I Will NOT....
"DU" your state poll. I'm not FROM your state unless it is New Hampshire. If you want to win camp "color wars" find another OOSC (out-of-state-clown) to taint your poll.

Neither should any DU'er vote another states poll, it only muddies the water. Nationally, I think we win, but if Boston folk vote in Arizona we are blowing smoke up our own ass.

If you care to "DU" any Poll vote McCain. At this point any human with an IQ over 60 is afraid of him being elected.

I am part of the secret squad. When asked I will support McCain when being polled. What happens in November DESERVES to be devastating.

11. You sir, are stunningly confused.
What I said was that voting in other peoples state polls was a bad idea since as a guy in New Hampshire my vote in,say Kansas, might "look good"
but then might skew a poll. We as a group would be MUCH better off if we simply told the truth. Do you think you actually somehow "help" by adding to a lie in what happens in a state we're losing? Let Republicans lie and vote in places they don't live in.

Honest to God-Don't take a poll because you can. A lying poll is garbage.

"I am part of the secret squad. When asked I will support McCain when being polled. "

You pretty much define it. Maybe not STUNNINGLY confused, but rather self-contradictory.

5. Thank God for that!!
Earlier today, when I was sitting in my armchair ruminating over my pipe of Upper Mongolian tobacco tips, I was thinking of you being called to all these state polls and how difficult it must be for you to feel compelled to tilt the polls in our favor all the time. And not in your own state either! That clearly adds insult to injury.

I was thinking of sending you a message, telling you to just let it go, but then I thought further that perhaps it wouldn't be so good for your personal development, in which I am intensely interested, if I were to mollycoddle you all the time.

I thought some more, blowing beautiful curlicues of blue gray smoke into the still air as I thought of you, as is my custom, and I decided that it would be best if you would come to your senses all on your own. If you were to stand up against these dastardly poll skewers all on your own, you would be better off for it, I thought to myself as I stroked the fur on my Persian cat.

So, after a few hours ruminating over your well being, I was pleasantly surprised to see your thread on here, and I must admit, I am a little bit chuffed to see that my well thought out decision was realized here in this thread. Good for you, old chum! More power to you! Vote for the other side every time you're asked and that will show the world your mettle!

Now, forgive me, dear, but I must leave the computer to sit in my old wicker chair on the balcony for a few moments to bask in the glow of the setting sun and scratch that boil on my left leg which also, curiously, reminds me of you.

12. Why thank you :)
I just returned from my sojourn on the balcony and found your lovely response. Wig, my Persian cat, seems to be purring all the more for it, and for that I must thank you.

On a completely unrelated note and now that I see it in writing, perhaps I should not have let Sarah Palin name my cat as it does appear now to be rather derogatory, not unlike the names she gave to her own offspring, if it not be ignoble of me to assume that they are all actually hers.

16. Honestly, it doesnt hurt to help a poll....
Edited on Tue Oct-14-08 06:04 AM by quantass
because although it skews the true result, despite potentially already being freeped (and thus already skewed incorrectly), it at least makes those who do see the results to give our candidate a second look by way of visiting his site and reading up on policies and/or paying attention more rather than just writing him off.

Although i am Canadian and so my potential participation in such an act will only fuel your contempt even more i feel it's for the greater good of your country as a whole. Like it or not, something so little may actually help in bigger, indirect ways.

17. These are Internet Polls, Doh!
DO you really think only people from a particular state are participating on both sides of the votes logged.

Do you think we are stupid?

Internet polls are bullshit. Everyone knows it, so whatever. As for saying you're saying you'll support McCain in order to confuse pollsters, that's just juvenile and stupid. really stupid.
