When Obama said today "we don't need that, we just need to vote"
I thought that was great...Apparently, some people were either booing or saying things about McBush at Obama's rally earlier today in Toledo, & his response was a calm, cool, & collective

"we don't need that, we just need to vote"....

He's absolutely right..

14. I was there!
We were booing McCain. I couldn't even hear what he said at the end because of the cheering.

5. In other words- he handled it smoothly!
Unlike McCain, Obama was able to appeal to the better angels of his crowd...

7. That's how a leader handles shit from his supporters he doesn't need.
If someone actually yelled "kill him!" about McCain at an Obama event, I think he'd get really angry.

McCain & Palin egg them on.

9. That's what we call "class." I'm so looking forward to hearing him
speak as my president. Especially after eight years of cringing in disbelief at lying moron bush.

12. Obama can control his crowd
McCain tells his "supporters" to be respectful, they boo HIM.

Obama tells his supporters to stop booing, and they do.

Which one is the true leader? :)

13. I was very proud of Obama for saying that
It emphasized the difference between his type of leadership and the facade of leadership that we'd get from McCain/Palin.

Unfortunately, as on the right, there are many on the left who want to see "blood in the streets". Hopefully Obama will continue to discourage that kind of thinking. Democrats will be a huge success in the coming years if they can show that they're able to work with others.
