Tomorrow is the Canadian Federal Election
So, at least that means I have one less election to follow :-) Still devoting my time to Obama, but this one has been a squeaker too! Please send your good thoughts and energies up North as we need to rid ourselves of Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper (or at the very least put him back in a minority government)

I am basically retired and I don't think they will let me in. Did some work up there years ago and loved the people I worked with.

13. No, just took two years
We applied after the 2004 election, moved in 2006. You'd be surprised! You just have to qualify under their points system for skilled worker status

3. Good luck
I'm still hoping that the Liberals can pull it out if enough people vote strategically.

5. If only Jack Layton would throw in with the Liberals this time
they could form a coalition to block Harper.

10. Good luck!!
I really would love to see that Bush shill Harper out of there for your guys as well.

I find Parliamentary government fascinating, by the way. It's such an efficient way of doing government sometimes.
