I Sure Hope Obama Comes To Wisconsin |

or Biden. I haven't been able to go to a rally yet. I'm a teacher, and it's early in the school year, so it's very hard for me to get away. I just hope I get a chance to see and hear either of them in person.

but I've not heard anything official. That is my hubby's task today is to find out what he can, he's taken a leave from his real job to work on behalf of the democrats. He man's our county headquarters during the day.

I work at a hotel in Milwaukee. It's "the" hotel. When the candidates are in town and if they stay overnight they stay at my hotel.
Which means Secret Service. Extra rigmarole. If they just stop in for a day visit that's cool, but I don't need the extra work! :-)
(Mr. Biden was there a few weeks ago. His group was polite and considerate. Ms. Palin (and family) and Mr. McCain's group? Not so much.
Codicil: If they want to come after Thursday that's fine. I'm on vacation starting then. <hehe>
On edit: I did get some cool stuff from Mr. Biden's Secret Service group. Mr. McCain/Ms. Palin? Meh. 2 buttons that I passed along to co-workers.

3. John Kerry will be in Oshkosh today |

Whether Obama or Biden make an appearance in NE Wisconsin will depend largely on the polls -- if its close they'll likely come; if the polls continue to show a big lead here, they'll probably concentrate their efforts to win over some formerly red states.
