Oh NOOO! McCain gained a point since yesterday!
http://www.dailykos.com/trendlines

At this rate, with 21 days left, he could gain a point every day and end up with 62%!!!

This must be what McCain was talking about when he said he has Obama where he wants him. We are doomed!!1

1. a leap in the polls for McCain.
We're doomed. How can Obama possibly compete against the stellar team of McCain/Palin? I just knew this would happen. Any idiot can see that McCain will win by double digits. And if he doesn't, he'll steal it. And we also know that shortly after the election, McCain will be dispatched and Palin will become president.

3. McCain's stuck in the low 40s...
...at best. He's got that "base" (good name for it) but nothing else. Any "movement" he makes within that area is insignificant. (Let me know when he reaches 48.)

6. It's that erratic, unpredictable and, yes, excitingly crazy campaign style of his!
Who WOULDN'T be drawn to that kind of...unsettling...kind of campaign!
