Why is McTroll the only candidate on my TV all day everyday?
Ok, you really don't have to answer, I know the answer. But yesterday they reported the Obama campaign has done 95 stops in the battleground states and the McTroll campaign has done only 55. So we know which candidate will work the hardest for us. It just seems to me, if we're out there twice as much, even in this corporate owned news world we live in, we should be on TV at least, oh I donno, half as much? We're not even getting that.

Obama comes out with new steps for the economy yesterday and I hear barley a beep, and today McTrolls nonsense plan is BIG news. So big, that everyone has to cut to it live. I try to listen, but I find McTrolls plan to be remixed versions of his stump speech and it has to do mostly with attacking Obama and simply repeating the same old lies that have been dis-proven again and again. You know the old hit parade, Obama will raise your taxes, Obama voted 94 times for higher taxes, Obama raised taxes on people making 42k. Even when you show the lie to them, put it right in their faces, the lie goes on. They have no shame. News that to you, and to me, is not new.

It's like some kind of sickness or strange addiction to fantasy. The MSM, and the low information voters and the bigots are just the enablers. The "dealers", if you will, of the lies.

No wonder Obama is buying a half hour of TV time, it's the only way he's going to get a chance to talk directly to the American people in these last three weeks. At least I can be grateful my candidate was smart enough not to take public financing, just imagine where we'd be if we didn't have like 100 million more than Gramps.

Sorry for the rant. Thanks for reading.

1. CNN and daytime MSNBC show only the rightwing pov.
CNN and FOX are totally rightwing.

MSNBC is mostly rightwing, with Olberman
and Maddow on at night. Sometimes Chris
Mathews is OK, too.

2. I guess my question was rhetorical.
Just some mornings you wake up and you don't want to see an old troll on your TV first thing. Guess I shouldn't turn on the TV, and I should just log on to DU for all of my news.

Too bad DU doesn't have a weather channel.

5. I am like you.
I turned on the tv yesterday to see palin on all the stations, and today it was mccain. Yesterday the stations promised that Obama's rally/statement would be shown later, but I never saw it. Of course, I had company yesterday afternoon and could not check every few minutes to see if they were showing it. Did anyone else see Obama's rally/statement covered yesterday anywhere?

I am sick and tired of this stupid bias for the candidate that cries the most about the media not being good to them. We saw it in the primary and now in the election. Of course many of the news stations are biased for mccain/repubs anyway, but when C-Span does it also, it is time to call foul. JMHO

7. What's really funny here-
Is it's not working. Obama just keeps climbing in the polls. I'd swear every point that he gains in the national polls, is one hour TV time he loses.

10. It would not surprise me any that he is losing time when he gains
in the polls. The other day it seemed like all the talking heads were in a dither because he was so far ahead. I laughed and told my daughter it was if they were projecting the feeling that the Democrat/Black man was ahead and we have to do something quick. She just shook her head and agreed with me, which is unusual because she never agrees with anything I say. These are indeed sad times when it is so evident that the corporations/RW idiots are so in control of everything and we are at their mercy. I think that is why this election is so important. It is probably our last chance at getting any power back from these corporations and it is their chance to make sure their hold on us is complete and they are in total control.

Boy, I am full of doom and gloom today, but that is what seeing mccain everywhere does to me. ;)

8. Yeah, it's clear they're trying to tone it down.
Yesterday, Falin kept talking about how she knows how angry they are, and McTroll keeps repeating the word "fight" like he's ever known a real fight.

The more people are exposed to him & Mooselini, the more the polls favor Obama.

The media has been out of control for how long? And how much damage have they done? HOw much more do they want to do? It's beyond comprehension..but comprehend we must!

19. One or two of the big three go to Obama rallies when they are on.
But from what I've noticed, and this is of course only anecdotal, the Obama campaign doesn't get the same coverage. I know Obama is preparing for the debate, but I just wonder if Joe is out there, or Michelle, or even Bill or Hillary. It seems they are always ready to cut to the Palin rally.

22. Even if that is the case, I must ask you...
did you see the McCain and Palin events today? Do you really think the exposure is doing them any good among independents and Democrats? Their spiels are even turning off real Republicans. I say more is better, in this case!

Gone from 50 companies in the 80s to 5 Republican owned media conglomerates today.
