Obama's 30 minutes of air time on Oct. 29 will probably pay off (Rasmussen poll)

Obama has already spent $1 million each to air a 30-minute ad on CBS and NBC at 8 pm on Oct. 29. He also reportedly is trying to buy the same air time on ABC and Fox.

Fifty-three percent (53%) of voters say they are at least somewhat likely to watch this Obama infomercial. This group includes 73% of Democrats, 28% of Republicans and 53% of unaffiliated voters.

Eighty-two percent (82%) of African-American voters say they are Very Likely to watch, compared with 25% of white voters. The same number of white voters (25%) say they are not at all likely to watch.

Overall, 22% of voters -- including 39% of Republicans and 20% of unaffiliateds -- say they are not at all likely to watch Obama’s infomercial.
