1. The Conservatives are praying for a terrorist
attack. It's pretty much their only hope at this point. And even that wouldn't guarantee a win.

5. I don't think that's even an option.
Any republican who hasn't already switched sides, will definitely do so at the thought of Palin being at the helm to deal with another attack.

It will be "bad news for Obama", according to David Gregory. And I don't really buy that a foreign policy issue would help McCain at this point...maybe if he had chosen someone other than Palin.
