Since when was there a bumper-pool segment in the debate tomorrow night?

Stagehands carry a piece of a set to its place at the site of the third and final US presidential debate between Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Senator John McCain to be held at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, October 13, 2008. The debate is scheduled to be held on October 15.
