3. He made an erroneous assumption a second ago about

retirees having to sell stock in IRAs at age 70 1/2 (and having to pay capital gains on the profit). I don't know that many people at that age who still own volatile stock. Most people who conservatively invest have moved to more secure investments in IRAs by then.

he kept one of the elevators into the building as his private elevator, thus inconveniencing every else who had to use them. Apparently this was one of the first things that Bill Lockyer changed. What a fucking dick he must be.
