1. Especially when those polls
have every bias in the book build into them.

As for accuracy, I think Madame Cleo would be just as reliable.

2. don't trust what any media outlet says now, even if you agree
do your on due dilligence, and make sure stories confirm each other from different sources

There are too many games and agendas on the table now

4. This explanation is likely why republicans aren't out celebrating.
I'll believe anything that says these polls are bulls--t. I can come up with a dozen explanations, but I think we'll get some relief from the after weekend polls.

8. that's common knowledge
it especially works in favor of the incumbant since they don't have to do much work in terms of introducing themselves as much as the challenger does. so they are able to spend time attacking the challenger.
