Sarah Failin has a spot on her on NBC Nightly News tonight regarding Special Needs Kids |

and how voters are identifying with her on that. I wonder if the reporter or Brian Williams will her about her record of ignoring the budget for Alaska's Special Needs kids in favor of sports complexes. I wonder if she knows what IDEA is yet, and what she could do about it or funding programs at the state level if we didn't spend all our money on killing Iraqi children.
As mother of a very special Special NEeds Child, I don't know if I'll be able to stomach it.

1. Time for another ad. Looks like Trig is the next sympathy ploy. |
|
Team Obama knows how to set a tone that isn't too combative, but maybe it's time to rebut her claim before the 'special needs mother' angle gains traction.

2. She certainly is not giving her special needs child the attention he needs. |

She is such a shameless liar and panderer. I think the worst thing I can wish for her is that she gets what she deserves.

3. No offense, but does she even know what it means to parent a special needs child yet? |
|
Trig is only 6 months old and, though she likes to talk how "fragile" he is, she certainly doesn't treat him as such. She puts that child through things (i.e. travel and late night rallies) that I wouldn't even put a "normal" child through.

13. I wonder if Alaska's Early Childhood Intervention program has even |

been contacter by her or the pediatrician. I wonder if they have an ECI program. MAybe no one at ECI is jumping through hoops to help them because she pretends it doesn't exist on the budget.

Wouldn't you love to have written the questions for that interview? I think she probably has as much knowledge on the issues facing families raising children with special needs as she does on foreign policy.
