Pay no mind, turn them off, don't look, don't listen, they do not matter.
If I saw a poll showing Kerry up 11%, I wouldn't celebrate. I'd say it's nonsense, and get back to work.
These polls are based on extremely small samples. Hell, exit polling isn't even accurate.
This is all a waste of energy. Sure there's a spin factor. But don't get all in a depressed tither. Go do something useful like donate some money to help the Democrats.

1. I agree with what you are saying except Exit Polling |
|
Polls normally ask what a persons would do. However, many do not know for sure until the choice is taring them in the face. Exit polling measures what a person did. It is much more accurate because of that difference.
It's only when it started showing the potentials of elections being stolen, such as Florida in 2000, or 2002 races where their computers "crashed" that they were discarded. I am not certain the results were ever release. The last I heard is they were still reviewing it almost a year later, unreleased.
This would one of the few easy to keep our elections honest, and it is discarded.
