Nevada, Colorado, Missouri, North Dakota, North Carolina, Virginia, New Mexico, West Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Florida, and several other hotly contested states, I'm sure we'd all like to know about it. :)

Nukes are hugely expensive, which is why they only get built anymore when funded with huge government subsidies.
Which is why that, in the current economic climate, they are going to become even more unattractive to investors.
