Obama looked annoyed at McCain's silliness...
Edited on Wed Oct-15-08 11:22 PM by Blue_Roses
I think the first two debates, Obama came in thinking he was actually going to have an intelligent debate with John McCain, but since "silly season" has opened the floodgates with McCain and the disastrous Palin, he just pities him.

For Obama to be the younger candidate, he ironically comes across as the more mature, experienced candidate. Watching Obama on the split-screen as he listened to McCain's STUPID cynicism and temper-tantrums, I couldn't help but wonder if Obama actually felt sorry for McCain. I think he realizes that John McCain--the "maverick" and "war hero"- is a has-been.

1. A couple of times he actually laughed because what McCain was saying was
so ludicrous.

2. exactly!
At first I found myself getting pretty pissed at McCain and his attacks, but the more I watched Obama, I began to lighten up because I could see what Obama sees in McCain--frustration at losing to a younger man when he believes it's "his turn."

6. Yeah, and not only a younger man, a younger half African American man.
You can tell that just galls McCain. He thinks he's ENTITLED to the presidency because he's old and white.

4. He looked genuinely angry a couple times too
after he spelled out his Health care plan and McCain immediately misstated Obama's plan.

7. The whole event was WAY beneath Obama's intellect.
Stupid.
An absolute joke to think McMadface believes himself Obama's intellectual equal.
