What a complete embarrasment
McCain has become. To his party, to this country, to any rational human being. Tonight he didn't take the gloves off, he took the mask off, and what was under it? A petty, foolish, mean, selfish, nasty little man. The only thing he has ever really done for this country, he did in this campaign: assured that the right man will become president at a crucial moment in our history. But he deserves no credit for that, because it was anything but intentional.

I didn't think I could feel more contempt for a human being than I do for Dubya, but McCain has managed that feat. Because there was SOME potential in him, once upon a time. But he has sold out in every way imaginable.

If he had a shred of dignity, he would slink away into obscurity. But I don't suppose there is much hope for that.

3. Thank goodness we don't let Republicans pick our astronauts.
The Shuttle would be piloted by aging grumpy men who got average grades in school and want to keep stopping over at our house to have a godamn beer with us.

6. The press is ignoring McCain's weird and incoherent behavior.
They are coming out with sound bites where he sounds normal.

Obama is running against two mentally-challenged people.
