What the Fuck?

So I kind of understand the strategy of trying to turn the negativity back against Obama, but correct me if I'm wrong, did John McCain really beg for an apology and say that "what Lewis said really hurt me"?

That's John being a Maverick alright. Certainly nobody expected him to go up there and act like a total cowering pussy with fragile feelings. He sure threw us a curveball!

That sure was a great moment of strength that the "Dems-are-weaklings" Republicans must have loved.

Seriously I couldn't believe what I was seeing during that exchange. Erratic is absolutely right when talking about this McCain campaign. I think we can all admit that he does things that nobosy is expecting. He seems to think unexpected equals genius, but really its just crazy.

5. There were beads of something running down his cheek...
but I'm pretty sure it was sweat.

3. And we thought he was supposed to be a tough guy!
Five and a half years in the Hanoi Hilton and he gets his widdle feelings hurt?

C'mon, Gramps. You can do better than that.

4. Well, after all, the Obama campaign "attacked my health plan"

I can see how that would get a candidate's knickers in a knot.

6. he used the same line in a debate with Bush circa 2000
about something or other Bush said that hurt John's feelings.

That line doesn't work with me.

In fact, it pisses me off unless it is coming from my hubby or child.

It is a way to control the other person's behavior. I'm glad Obama did not fall for it and say "gee, I'm so sorry, that's not what was meant. I'll beat up that mean black guy Lewis for you."

sheesh
