Virginia is now more educated as it has gone from 29.5% with a Bachelors degree or higher to 32.7% from 2000 to 2006. Where has this demographic change occurred?
Answer: Northern Virginia.
Virginia's most populated county, northern Virginia's Fairfax county increased from 54.8% to 58.7%. Densely populated Arlington County increased from 60.2% to 67.2%. Alexandria city increased from 54.3% to 62.5%.
