So what if a Republican endorses a Republican? Powell is a Republican |

Also, Powell lost a ton of credibility over his roll in misleading us into Iraq. If he endorses Obama it would help Obama because he would be crossing over to endorse a Democrat but endorsing someone from his own party? Who the fuck cares, he is a good part of the reason we are in the Iraq quagmire! Screw him!

1. There's NO way he can ever endorse Obama. |

There's no way a military leader of his stature, even retired, would ever admit even indirectly that a bunch of soldiers were un-necessarily killed.
Even if he thinks it's true, he would also think it his responsibility to advocate for those soldiers as best as he could and saying something, even indirectly, about the insanity of Bush's War would significantly damage his ability to advocate effectively.
I'll bet the man votes for Obama in the privacy of the voting booth, but he won't say anything against McBush.
