Bush, Cheney, Rove, and others will go to ANY lengths to avoid prison. To achieve this, they MUST get McCain elected. As much as I'd like to believe Obama will win easily, I suspect there is some pretty substantial machinery in place to attempt to steal this election. RFK Jr. is absolutely correct that shenanigans are around every corner, we must have diligent lawyers at the ready.
