anyone listening to CSPAN this am?
Chuck Todd,(I believe...since I'm not watching but listening ) just said that the Dean campaign may introduce tax breaks for the middle class.

1. I'm a Dean supporter...
...but my reaction will be much the same as with Clark's tax plan. Unless it includes payroll tax deductions, it's just a move to avoid the stigma associated with "raising taxes on the middle class". Also, any tax plan will have to pass through Congress unmolested by the Republicans (and porkbelly Democrats), which is highly unlikely.
