The last time I looked, he was at 33%--now it looks like 41%. There's something strange about Arkansas--3 of the 4 congressional districts are usually Dem, and both Senators are Dem (with Pryor running unopposed this year), and yet when it comes to Presidents, the state goes red. Doesn't make sense to me.
