Thank you Senator John Kerry |
|
If not for you, we would not have Senator Obama as our nominee. I hope we never forget that. http://kerry.senate.gov/

2. He's campaigning for Obama in NH this weekend |
|
He was at the Manchester HQ making calls as part of a veteran-to-veteran outreach.
He's a good man.

3. I'll never forget that...I think of it every time I watch Obama on television. |

If it weren't for the '04 Democratic Convention, Obama would not have risen to national attention so quickly. It was after that speech, that most people first heard of Barack Obama. And many of them knew then, that one day, Obama would be President of the United States.

But because that didn't happen with Kerry and Edwards, we need Obama now more than ever.
He is going to be our President.
I just hope people continue to work as hard for him once he's elected. He's going to need all of us even more after the election.

7. I remember thinking I had just seen the first black president of the United States |
|
and the only thing that would keep him from it was if he decided NOT to pursue it. Like you I did not think it would be this soon. I figured 2012 at the earliest, because of course I figured 2 terms of Kerry.

12. Kerry's endorsement gave him a boost when he really needed it |
|
I think it was his first major endorsement followed closely by Kennedy. Kerry's great.
