Is it just me?.... or is this silliness
about PA being within 2 points probably a headfake from team Obama to trick McCain into pouring a bunch of money and time into a state he has no chance of winning and ignoring the real swing states like OH, FL, IN, MO and NC, where with some money and time McCain might actually be able to win?

just a thought.

Personally, I think McCain is trying to headfake like he's not trying for CO when really he kinda has no choice but to fight for it.

cause really, if he's not at least trying to make a play for CO or MN or WI at this point, I really have to wonder if perhaps he's thrown in the towel and just walking it in.

OK, I'm setting down the tin foil now.

1. I'm wondering now too after reading the "update" to the leaked poll

Obama Poll Shows Tighter Race in Pennsylvania

An internal poll from Sen. Barack Obama's campaign in Pennsylvania has him just two points ahead of Sen. John McCain, according to The Hill.

"WILK radio host Steve Corbett said Tuesday he obtained an Obama campaign e-mail about the internal poll showing a tight race." The Obama campaign "wouldn't confirm the internal poll numbers, but said that the e-mail was sent without permission."

Update: Apparently this poll was reported a week ago, though it's relevance is more interesting today considering the McCain campaign's recent actions.

A week old poll? Huh? Seems odd to me.

9. Does Anyone Know, Sir, Who Mr. Corbett The Radio Host Is?
The story rests entirely on his veracity; this is not really a report by 'The Hill'....

he's doing what he needs to do.

He's done really well without our advice so far.

I'm just using my imagination and speculating out of my ass.

if it turned out to be true, if would be fucking hilarious.

McCain actually thinks he has a chance in PA (that's cute of him)
haha!

8. Obama and his team have handled the media really well, screwed with them more than
once and kept them on pins and needles several times so i'm thinking Pa is one of those things.

15. Pa.
I was born and lived in Pgh for many years. Don't get your panties ina wad about western Pa. Out there the unions are still pretty strong and are still smarting for the mistakes made the past starting with Raygun. Union leaders are pushing hard to recognize that Obama is the only choice for working people, and IMHO it will be solid for the Dems. Rendell, thug that he is, still has a very powerful network in the Philly area, and even the greens out there will vote Obama at the top of the ticket. They despise McCain as much as we do. If you live in Pa. keep up the pressure, if you have friends there talk up the election. I'm going to visit friends before Nov.4, just to make sure I do all I can to get them to vote. I still love that area anyway and it's a good excuse to get off this goofy island
