What I saw on my way to the election...
Edited on Thu Oct-23-08 11:24 AM by The Backlash Cometh
Hardcore Florida Republican County. For the first time I have ever noticed, the line looked more like a demographic composite of Miami. I voted in the main office where everyone could vote. Sometimes there seemed to be as many black Americans, as there were white Americans. That's a HUGE observation. But before anyone gets excited, there was an incredible number of feeble white Seniors, like I've never seen in one place, well, except a hospital. I'm not sure why they didn't absentee ballot. At least three of them had to jump the line because they could barely stand, much less walk.

This is an incredible turnout. They said 5000 came to early vote on Monday.
