1. After the polls close they are going to "scan" the ballots
Let's hope the public and media show up to witness this. THIS IS BS. We've been complaining since at least 2000 that we needed reform and 8 yrs later we're all still fucked.

3. I hope we won't need Florida to win this thing.
Florida is a complete cluster-fuck. They should cancel all voting there till they figure out how it's done.

12. I am from Duval County.
...and this is one of the reasons I left that shithole. I was there a year ago and after 22 years in Europe I literally felt like an alien. As far as I'm concerned, there is no hope for Florida. The stupidity has been allowed to fester for far too long.

14. Oh HELL NO! Voters in Duval need to demand to see the ballots scanned. Here in Marion...
they tried this shit in my sister's voting location last election..."oh the machine is down, just put your ballot in this basket and it will be scanned later"...Well, my sister said "NO way...I'll wait"...she waited about 45 minutes and watched the ballots from the basket get scanned...she never did see them "fix" the machine, she said they barely fiddled with it. Hmmm.

16. This is why I'm worried about early voting and absentee voting.
i'm afraid they can play around with those numbers by election day to ensure of "the right outcome".

those votes should be counted immediately and the results should be posted publicly at the end of the day.
