Kitty Kelley book? Huh? We know there's no connection but YOU KNOW HOW THEY ARE!!!! Maybe Kerry's Uncle's cousin fourth removed was her long lost lover? Maybe they're related somehow? Maybe she called him for advice? What is the latest LIE going to be?

the release date was set long before he was even the nomination frontrunner
course, he could have planned it on the Swift Boat, I guess, while he was recreating battle scenes

In fact, I wonder how much the K/E campaign paid her to write it?
sarcasm off.

3. I had a similar thought... |
|
The money trail from Bush to the Smearvets is plain as day, yet oh-my-goodness-gracious-no, there's no connection.
Meanwhile expect all sorts of huffing and puffing about how Kerry never should have "allowed" such a book to be published/promoted/discussed/conceived of -- as if he practically wrote the damned thing himself.
I think, should this sort of criticism arise, it's a case where the appropriate response is a simple "STFU." We're under no obligation to attempt to explain away every little thing the repugs piss and moan about. Look 'em in the eye and tell them they're being ridiculous.
Then ask them about the biggest medicare rate hike in history.

Kerry, if asked about the book, should just say "how ridiculous" meanwhile sort of smiling. You know, ambiguity is the best defense.

6. So the freepers want to deny Kitty her right |
|
to free speech?
This is the excuse they use for allowing freeper liars like Rush, Coulter and O'Reilly to spew their venom. I guess they don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot?

7. Supposedly this book has been years in development |
|
Edited on Mon Sep-06-04 05:12 PM by quinnox
The release is timed to generate maximum sales of course. It is hard to connect to the Kerry campaign, unless Kitty is a psychic and planned this with Kerry years ago.

8. Kerry had absolutely nothing to do with this book. |
|
Unlike Bushes campaign, that got tons of connections to swift boat vets.

In their weird way, they can connect anything to anyone. It's their mission in life.

Welcome to FR!
I hope Kitty Kelley makes an appearance with Kerry... that should make his numbers sink really fast.
Net, net... this book helps the President; there are so many ties between the Kerry campaign, Kelley, and her publisher for the GOP to have a field day with.
It will be seen as a dirty Kerry campaign trick.

12. Kerry is deeply connected to the Kitty Kelley book |
|
He's running against the ex brother-in-law of the woman who is behind the tell-all book, Sharon Bush. That should be enough connection for the Freepers to begin their next moranic slime-fest.
