I'm not sure why anyone would think that McCain would be better at being tested than Barack on the International front.

They were tested. Barack opposed Iraq, and McCain supported it.

McCain Flunked!

1. "I've BEEN tested!!"
It chills me to the bone every time he says that.

2. What is he referring to? The Surge....which we know is his fairy tale?
Or his days as a prisoner 45 years ago.....considering the only choice he had was to come back early, and some question his agenda behind staying, and how that whole thing even happened.

He referred to being able to see Cuba from his cockpit during the Cuba Missile Crisis, but there was no test, just him following orders.

Bottomline is this is 45 years later, and the man is unsteady.

3. He's been tested alright ... Charles Keating tested him and he flunked on the economy then
and he would flunk now.

4. I sure would not EITHER one of them, McSame or the barracuda, to have access to the
nuclear codes.
McSame is too erratic and impulsive and the barracuda cannot wait for the endtimes...

5. I turned on Race to Smear Obama for a second
and David Gregory was pushing this, and Harwood said "When people see the McCain ad and the word "crisis", they're going to think of the financial crisis first. And in terms of international issues, they'll think of Iraq, but the public has pretty much shifted to opposing the Iraq war so that doesn't matter either. " And Palin fawner Roger Simon from politico said the other day that this issue is not relevant since McCain chose Sarah Palin.

It's been almost a week since the bogus Biden non-gaffe, and Obama started the week polling strong, and ended the week polling strong. It's not going to work.

7. Worse yet, McCain has not demonstrated that he is in any way a long term ...
"big picture" type thinker. With Barack you have a sense that he will make decisions which avert conflicts before they flare up. His strategy will keep us safer than McCain's.

8. Yeah, how exactly was John McSame tested?
His only choices as a POW were whether or not to spill his guts to the enemy...which he did. And whether or not to be released and look like a coward. How else was he tested? The Naval Academy was a test that he nearly failed (5th from bottom of his class), He failed at flying planes (how many did he crash?) His marriage was test that he failed, Keating was a test he failed, His choice of a running mate was a test he failed. When exactly has he been tested and succeeded?

11. The question is not the test but the results.
Both were tested in responding to the economic crisis, in selecting a VP, in running campaigns, etc.
